All orders received by 2.00 pm (CET) will be processed on the same day. If your order has been placed after 2.00 pm, the order will be prepared the next business day.
If for any reason this is not possible, you will be notified by email and an estimated shipping date will be provided.
- Exceptions: Due to the saturation of courier companies during times of high demand, some shipments may experience a slight delay in delivery. If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us.
- Order tracking: When we have shipped your order, you can track it through your user account on the website.
